Q: Declined order troubleshooting?

When a card comes back declined, yet there is enough money in your account, it is most often due to a security that your bank has put into place. Typically the security is that you cannot purchase via the web over a certain amount (usually it is $1000) or your bank has a security where you have a daily spending limit on your card (this varies). We have found that all you need to do is call your bank and let them know that you are trying to make a purchase over the web, give them the amount and they can release the securities on your card, so you can process your order without any further troubles.
