Q: How long will it take to get my order?
To insure the highest level of quality, we make your ring or jewelry per your requirements when you order. Your jewelry is made especially for you. It will take 10 days to make your jewelry and then 2 days for domestic shipping, or approximately 5 to 7 days for international orders depending on your exact country.
If you choose to add the Certified Grading Card with your order, once we finish making your jewelry we ship it an independent lab for testing. They will take an image of your jewelry and grade your stone, using the same qualifiers as earth-mined diamonds. Your jewelry is then shipped to you. This process will take one week longer.
