To ensure the highest quality, all of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order to your specifications, aside from ready-to-ship items. Once your order is received and processed, it will take 10-15 business days to craft the jewelry. Once completed, your order ships domestically via UPS 2-Day Air or internationally in approximately 5 to 7 days, depending on the destination country.

Ready-to-Ship items are pre-crafted and will ship the same business day with free 2-day shipping (domestic) if ordered before 11:00 am PST, Monday through Friday. Rings needing to be resized will require two days of additional processing time. Next-day shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.

Loose Stones ship in approximately 5 business days from order.

It will take 10-15 business days to handcraft your jewelry and 2 days for delivery. Custom and International Orders may take longer.

All orders require a signature from a person 21 years of age or over.

We ship to all 50 states and internationally to about 50 countries, including Canada, Australia, the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, New Zealand, and many others. All international shipments are subject to the laws set forth by your country's Customs Department.

Every order shipping within the USA automatically qualifies for free highly-insured, signature-required UPS 2-Day Air shipping. International orders are shipped via highly-insured, signature-required via FedEx International Priority shipping. International recipients are responsible for paying the Duty and Customs charges that may be applied at entry into your country.

Yes, we can provide overnight shipping to most US destinations for an additional charge. However, most of our jewelry is made-to-order, so overnight shipping will take place after the 10-15 business days of crafting time. Ready-To-Ship jewelry pieces can be shipped overnight for an additional charge.

Yes. An adult, age 21 or over, will need to be present to sign for the package because all purchases over $100.00USD require a signature as they are highly insured.

If your MiaDonna purchase is a surprise gift, we are happy to ship your order to another specified location (i.e., a family member, friend, place of employment, etc.). Please note this in the shipping address section at checkout. In some cases, we may need to confirm the alternate address over the phone for security purposes.

Yes. As soon as your order is complete and set up for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can track your package and anticipate its arrival.

Please note that we handcraft all of our rings. Therefore, it will take about 10-15 business days to complete your ring before your shipping confirmation is available.

When a card is declined, yet there is enough money in the purchasing account, it is most often due to security measures that the issuing bank has put in place. Many credit institutions put a daily purchase limit on debit and credit cards to avoid the risk of fraud. This amount will vary from institution to institution.

To resolve this issue, all you need to do is call your bank and let them know that you are trying to purchase online. Provide your bank with the amount of your purchase, tell them to expect an order from MiaDonna and Co., and request they adjust the daily limit or release enough funds for the purchase.

If your daily limit is not the cause of decline, please double check your billing address matches that on file with your financial institution and that there are no typos when entering this information at checkout.

If you still have issues processing your order, we recommend using another payment method.

Your credit card will be authorized immediately, but every order is verified manually - this process is usually completed within 48 hours before your funds are captured.

All purchases made in our Portland, Oregon store and most online purchases are not charged sales tax.

Should sales tax apply to your order, this will show up in your shopping cart when checking out. As of 2023, we only charge sales tax to online orders shipping to WA, CA, IL, and FL.

No, we do not charge any additional fees for domestic orders. Your order total and any shipping costs are all you're required to pay, unless there are state taxes we need to collect by law.

Please note that international orders have a shipping fee associated and may incur customs and duty fees not within our control. Please speak with a local customs representative within your country for further information on applicable customs and duty fees.

Please contact us if you need your ring sooner than 10-15 business days. Sometimes we can complete standard designs in 7-10 business days, with a rush. There is a $150 standard fee for rushed items, which does not include expedited shipping, if needed. Please note that all jewelry is made to order so neither rush nor standard orders have a guaranteed completion/ship date and we are not responsible for shipping delays. If you need an item right away, our Ready to Ship products can be shipped out the same day if purchased by 12-noon, Pacific Standard Time.
