Q: Will I get tracking information when my order is shipped?
Yes, when your order is shipped you will get a conformation email with your tracking number. Remember, because we make our rings by hand it takes up to 10 days for your ring to be completed. So the conformation email stating your order has shipped may not be sent for up to 10 days from the time you placed your order as well.
