Payment Types
At MiaDonna® we offer secure checkout options where you can purchase with confidence using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal and Google Checkout.
When will my credit card be charged?
After you make your purchase a MiaDonna® Customer Service Specialist will verify your purchase and manually process your payment. All payments are typically captured within 48 hours.
Declined order troubleshooting
When a card comes back declined, yet there is enough money in your account, it is most often due to a security that your bank has put into place. Typically the security is that you cannot purchase via the web over a certain amount (usually it is $1000) or your bank has a security where you have a daily spending limit on your card (this varies). We have found that all you need to do is call your bank and let them know that you are trying to make a purchase over the web, give them the amount and they can release the securities on your card, so you can process your order without any further troubles.
Is it safe to order online at MiaDonna.com?
We have taken many precautions to ensure that every purchase made at MiaDonna.com is secure and safe. Every order we receive is manually verified/captured and we do not store credit card numbers for your security as well as ours.
Your purchase(s) are also secured by THAWTE and we use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the latest industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. Through SSL encryption the certificate assures that your information is kept private. We also use MAXMIND, a geolocation and online fraud prevention system, which means we are certified as providing the highest level of protection to our shoppers.

Will I get tracking information when my order is shipped?
Yes, when your order is shipped you will get a conformation email with your UPS (domestic), FedEx (International) or USPS (Military) tracking number. Please keep in mind that each ring is hand crafted to order and it can take up to 10 business days to complete, so the conformation email we send letting you know that your order has shipped may not be sent for up to 10 business days from the day you place your order.
