Where do you ship to?

We ship Internationally to over 30 countries around the world including all 50 States in the United States. We commonly ship to Canada, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and many others. All international shipments are subject to the laws set forth by that countries "Customs Department.” If you are unsure how the customs process works in your country please contact your Customs Department directly with any questions or concerns you may have in receiving your order from

What are your shipping services and rates?

Every order shipped within the USA will automatically receive FREE 2 day fully insured UPS delivery.

International orders are shipped using FedEx fully insured International priority shipping. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by our system when you checkout. The recipient is responsible for paying the Duty and Customs charges that may be applied at the time of entry into your country. Please contact your local customs department with questions about additional fees and processes regarding your order from

For your protection, we will always:

  • Insure and register your jewelry for its full value.
  • Require that all deliveries be made to a physical address rather than a P.O. Box.
  • Require a signature on all packages over $100 from an adult 21 years of age or older.

How long will it take to get my order?

To ensure the highest level of quality, we make your ring or jewelry per your requirements when you order. Your jewelry is made especially for you. It will take 10 days to make your jewelry and then 2 days for domestic shipping, or approximately 5 to 7 days for international orders depending on your exact country.

Please note: In-stock loose Diamond Hybrid® and Lab Created Gemstone purchases typically ship within 48 business hours and in-stock loose Lab-Created Diamonds (also referred to as Man-Made Diamonds) typically ship within 3-7 days of purchase.

If you choose to add the Certified Grading Card to your order, it will be shipped to an independent lab for testing once we finish handcrafting your jewelry. They will take an image of your jewelry and grade your stone, using the same qualifiers as earth mined diamonds. Your jewelry is then shipped to you. This process will take approximately one additional week.

Will I need to be present to sign for my package?

Your order is shipped to you fully insured and someone over the age of 21 will need to sign for receipt of the package.

This purchase is a surprise, can I ship it to a different address other than my billing address?

If your MiaDonna purchase is a gift and you want to keep it a surprise, we can ship your order to another specified location. Please make a reference in the customer notes section at checkout. In some cases, we may need to confirm the alternate address over the phone for security purposes.

Will I get tracking information when my order is shipped?

Yes, when your order is shipped you will get a confirmation email with your tracking number. Remember, because we make our rings by hand it takes up to 10 days for your ring to be completed. So the confirmation email stating your order has shipped may not be sent for up to 10 days from the time you placed your order.

Return Policy

With our fantastic 30-day 'in your hands' return policy, you can order any standard (full-price) item from and view it in your home for 30 days. If it is not exactly what you are looking for, you can return or exchange it with no restocking fees providing the item is returned in new condition with all original documentation and collateral included. Only one item can be returned or exchanged per customer.

We are confident that you will absolutely love the merchandise you purchase from However, in the event that you need to return or exchange any item within your order, we’ve tried to make it as easy a process as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with:

  1. The return policy tag still attached to jewelry without signs of tampering or damage.
  2. Original invoice.
  3. Original certificate of authenticity.
  4. All free accessories including (but not limited to) the gift bag, presentation box and presentation box protector, jewelry cleaner, GGL certification card and any other free items returned in reusable condition. Damaged items will be subject to a replacement fee.

We do not refund standard, international, or expedited shipping or grading card costs. Since shipping is complimentary on all domestic purchases you will be refunded the purchase amount minus $25.00 original shipping, handling and packaging costs. In addition, all Ready to Ship and Sale items, jewelry showing signs of wear and tear, or those that have been custom made, engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Please note return shipping costs will be at your expense.

PLEASE NOTE: We are handcrafted jewelers at MiaDonna & Company. This means we put a lot of labor and love into making your jewelry perfect. When you order a MiaDonna® piece we make it exactly how you ordered it - especially for you - to ensure your jewelry is always of the highest standards. If a ring is returned, we melt it down and start again. There are many labor costs associated with making a ring this way. We are a consumer founded company so we continue to offer the 30-day trial period for free, but we ask you in return to make your choice wisely. The MiaDonna® mission is to supply funds to The Greener Diamond. Every ring we make and then melt down limits the amount of aid we can give to those we are working so hard to help.

Sale & Ready to Ship Items

All "Ready to Ship and Sale items" and any jewelry showing signs of wear or those that have been custom made, engraved, altered, resized, and/or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Ready to Ship and Sale items are eligible for exchange within the first 30-days after delivery, however exchanged is only allowed on items of equal or greater value.

Return Instructions

All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with:

  1. Your Return Authorization Code. Call 1-866-996-9642 or email us at to request your Return Authorization Code. You will then be emailed PDF return instructions. Please print and include this letter in your shipment back to us for identification purposes.
  2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons, never put the word diamonds on a package you are sending – this is an invitation to thieves – please write "Miadonna".
  3. Insure Your Package. Ship your package via US Postal Service Express or Priority mail, insured for the total value of the contents. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
  4. The recorded shipping date back to MiaDonna must be within 30 days from the confirmed date you received your package. Any item subject to return shipped outside of this time restriction will not be accepted for return.

You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return and could result in an additional charge or denial of your return. Only one item can be returned or exchanged per customer.

Return shipping will be at your cost.

Once we receive your returned item it’ll be inspected by our quality control department. If accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few business days.

Please note that all "Ready to Ship or Sale items" and any jewelry showing signs of wear or those that have been custom made, engraved, altered, re-sized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without the return policy tag attached, or with tags that show signs of tampering, returns with no MiaDonna® return code (RAC), and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will either be refused or charged a restocking fee at our discretion
