MiaDonna is giving away a 5 carat MiaDonna Diamond Hybrid Pear shape and up to $400.00 in retail credit at MiaDonna.com to set their 5ct Pear Shape MiaDonna Diamond Hybrid in a setting. Either a ring or pendant setting.

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Pacific Time (PT) Zone in the United States on Dec 5th 2009 and ends at 5 P.M. PT on Jan 15th 2010 (“Contest Period”). You are responsible for determining the corresponding time zone in your respective locations. Winner will be selected in Jan 19th, 2010. The winner will be notified by same day via email.

HOW TO WIN?
During the Contest Period, eligible entries that register on-line at the MiaDonna Website will create the entry pool. The Prize Winner will be selected on approximately Jan 16th, 2010 after the end of the Promotion Period by random computer selection of the entry pool.

Contest open to USA and Canadian residents only. The contest is open to the general public who are Eighteen (18) years of age or older on Jan 19th, 2010 .

Entries must complete registration on or by the closing date of the draw. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of MiaDonna. MiaDonna and Company LLC is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.

One entry per person. One certificate per person, per order. Certificate not valid with other offers or promotions. All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.

The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

If a winner declines to accept a prize, or in the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered or does not respond within seven (7) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize and will be disqualified. MiaDonna.com may elect, at its own discretion, to select an alternate winner.

Prizes may not be used for gratuity or taxes.

Certificate must be used in full, once. No credits issues.
