How do I make a return and/or exchange?
Please follow these simple instructions for returning/exchanging an item:
Acquire your Return Authorization Code
Call 1-866-996-9642 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be emailed a PDF form with shipping instructions and your return authorization code.
Package Your Return
Include all original packaging and collateral material including undamaged ring box and outer cardboard protection box, MiaDonna gift bag, MiaDonna Jewelry Cleaner, GGL identification card and polishing cloth. For security reasons, never put the word “diamonds” on a package you are sending – this is an invitation to thieves – please write "MiaDonna."
Insure Your Package
We recommend you ship your package via US Postal Service Express or Priority Mail, insured for the total value of the contents. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at email@example.com. MiaDonna.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Once we receive your returned item, and it is accepted, your refund or new item (if exchanging) will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our quality department.
Please note that items showing signs of wear, dirty or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or loose stones set (by a jeweler other than MiaDonna), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no MiaDonna return code and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.
