To ensure the highest quality, all of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order to your specifications, aside from ready-to-ship items. Once your order is received and processed, it will take 10-15 business days to craft the jewelry. Once completed, your order ships domestically via UPS 2-Day Air or internationally in approximately 5 to 7 days, depending on the destination country.

Ready-to-Ship items are pre-crafted and will ship the same business day with free 2-day shipping (domestic) if ordered before 11:00 am PST, Monday through Friday. Rings needing to be resized will require two days of additional processing time. Next-day shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.

Every order shipping within the USA automatically qualifies for free highly-insured, signature-required UPS 2-Day Air shipping. International orders are shipped via highly-insured, signature-required via FedEx International Priority shipping. International recipients are responsible for paying the Duty and Customs charges that may be applied at entry into your country.

Customer satisfaction is a core value at MiaDonna, which is why we offer an easy 30-day return policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it in its original condition within 30 days of the date of delivery refund or exchange. Please note the following items cannot be returned:
1. Custom Jewelry
2. Sale items
3. Any item(s) with custom engraving

You must request your return authorization AND ship your jewelry back to us within this 30-day return period in NEW, UNWORN condition with:
1. The return policy tag still attached & untampered with
2. Original invoice and packaging

We do not refund shipping, appraisal costs, or grading cards, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. However, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee.
