Q: How do I make a return?

Customer satisfaction is a core value at MiaDonna & Company. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item except custom orders or items with custom engraving, in its original condition within 15 days of the date of delivery for a no questions asked refund or exchange. You must request your return AND ship your jewelry back to us within this 15 day trial period. All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with:

  1. 1. The return policy tag still attached
  2. 2. Original invoice
  3. 3. Guarantee card

We do not refund shipping or appraisal card costs, since shipping is free on all domestic purchases you will be refunded the purchase amount minus $25.00 original shipping fee. We do not refund grading cards.

Please follow these simple instructions for returning an item:

  1. Your Return Authorization Code. Call 1 866-996-9642 or email us at orders@miadonna.com . You will be emailed a PDF form with shipping instructions and your return authorization code.
  2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material including undamaged leather ring box and outer card board protection box, MiaDonna gift bag, MiaDonna Jewelry Cleaner, GGL identification card and polishing cloth. For security reasons, never put the word diamonds on a packet you are sending – this is an invitation to thieves – please write "MiaDonna"._
  3. Insure Your Package. Ship your package via US Postal Service Express or Priority mail, insured for the total value of the contents. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at info@miadonna.com.

MiaDonna.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Our return and exchange process.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our quality department. Please note that items showing signs of wear (being dirty) or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or loose stones set (by a jeweler other than MiaDonna), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no MiaDonna return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.
