Q: What is your Return policy?
We are confident that you will love all the merchandise purchased from us. In the event that you need to return or exchange any of the merchandise you ordered, please read below for information on how we can further assist you.
Customer satisfaction is a core value at MiaDonna Diamond Hybrid. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item except custom orders or items with custom engraving, in its original condition within 15 days of the date of delivery for a no questions asked refund or exchange.
All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with:
- The return policy tag still attached
- Original invoice
- Warranty card
We do not refund shipping or appraisal card costs, since shipping is free on all domestic purchases you will be refunded the purchase amount minus $20.00 original shipping fee.
Please follow these simple instructions for returning an item:
- Your Return Authorization Code. Call 1 866-996-9642 or email us at orders@miadonna.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code and the return address. Write this code on the bottom of your original invoice.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons, never put the word diamonds on a packet you are sending – this is an invitation to thieves – please write "MiaDonna".
- Insure Your Package. Ship your package via US Postal Service Express or Priority mail, insured for the total value of the contents. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at info@miadonna.com.
MiaDonna.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Our return and exchange process.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our quality department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than MiaDonna), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no MiaDonna return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.
