Specially designed just for you! You can custom design any type of jewelry: rings, bracelets, necklaces, or earrings. We don't charge extra for the design services, including sketches or CAD designs. Our custom design process requires a $1,000 minimum order, and we require a $100 deposit to get the design started which will be applied to the final price of your purchase. Returns are accepted for your custom jewelry within our return policy, but custom pieces may be returned for store credit only.

When you submit your request, provide as many details as you can about your design. Be as specific as possible, and include any images or sketches, so that we can make your piece just right!
Within 4 business days, our team will provide you with digital illustrations of your piece via email, including computer aided design (CAD) images, as well as rendered images, so that you can make sure your design is perfect!
At this stage, you will have the opportunity to make adjustments to the design before it is handcrafted. Any major design changes may be subject to additional fees and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The final step is to just place your order. Our jewelry team will send you a link to make your purchase online.
Depending on the complexity of your design and availability of materials, most custom orders take 2-4 weeks to handcraft and ship, so make sure you order in advance of the time that you need your jewelry!

Rings take a minimum of 15 business days. On average, rings and accessories are complete within four weeks. We recommend ordering no later than a month in advance if you have a strict timeline.

This is dependent on the design and specifications. When you design your own ring, please submit your delivery deadline in your request form and we will confirm if it is possible.
A custom ring does not necessarily cost more than a standard ring. You can work one-on-one with your custom design specialist to create a design that fits within your budget.

Custom-designed jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We will work with you to ensure that you are completely delighted with the final product when you design your own ring.

We do not send out wax models of custom rings, as they are incredibly delicate and cannot be shipped without high risk of damage. Most of the custom rings we create are produced using CAD, the best tool we use to create high-quality, custom pieces. The advantages of CAD are that you see an accurate virtual model of the jewelry prior to authorizing its fabrication. You also have the opportunity to request design changes.
Absolutely! After you design your own ring, we’re happy to make changes. Before approving your CAD, you'll have the opportunity to make adjustments. Any major design changes are subject to additional fees and assessed on a case-by-case basis. However, these costs will be presented for approval prior to proceeding. Please note that additional design fees are non-refundable.

Once the rendering has been approved and you have paid for your custom ring, we are not able to cancel the order.
