Complimentary Resizing: We offer one free resizing for up to one full ring size (either up or down) within the first 90 days of shipment, including free shipping. Please note that eternity bands cannot be re-sized, but we will re-make eternity bands in the new size one time at no cost to you.
Post-90 Day/Larger Resizes: Resizing that falls outside of the 90-day window, or for adjustments of more than one full size, will be charged at our standard rates: $80 for 14k/18k and $100 for platinum. Shipping is free within the first 90 days of your original shipment. Please note that we cannot re-size eternity rings after the first 90 days of your original shipment.
Integrity is Key: It’s important to know the exact size you need, as sizing adjustments of more than half a size may require our jewelers to first evaluate the design to maintain the ring's integrity.
