If you’re not completely in love with your jewelry, you have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange full-priced items—no restocking fees, as long as everything is in new condition.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Jewelry must be received within the 60-day return window. The return window is calculated from the time your order ships.
- Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and have the return policy tag attached (no tampering).
- Return must include the original invoice and certificate of authenticity.
- Return must include all free accessories (gift bag, box, jewelry cleaner, certificate, etc.) in reusable condition. A $50 replacement fee will apply for each missing lab-grown diamond certificate (if applicable), and damaged or missing accessories may also incur replacement fees.
What’s eligible for return?
- All fine jewelry, engagement styles, wedding styles, loose lab-grown diamonds, and loose lab-grown gemstones that are not included within the “not eligible for return” list below will be eligible for return or exchange within our 60-day return window.
What’s not eligible for return?
- Orders outside of their 60-day return window.
- Items that have been altered, engraved, or resized by any party other than MiaDonna are not eligible for return.
- Final sale items. If an item is considered final sale, it will be disclosed on the product detail page.
- Jewelry or loose stones showing wear, damage, or signs of setting.
What’s eligible for store credit only?
- Custom and special orders are eligible for store credit only. Store credit may be applied toward a subsequent custom or special order one time; after that, the purchase is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds:
- You’ll be refunded your purchase amount minus diamond certificate replacement fees (if applicable) to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days, though timelines may vary depending on your bank's processing policies.
How to Return:
- Initiate your return: Email help@miadonna.com. We’ll send you a return authorization code, a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label that must be used within 7 days of receipt, and return instructions.
- Package everything securely: Please print and include your return order form, all original jewelry packaging and accessories, and any applicable diamond certificates. For security purposes, address the package to “MiaDonna” only—do not reference “diamonds” or “jewelry” anywhere on the package. Clearly write “Return of U.S. Goods” on both the invoice and the outer box.
- Required Forms: Please print, sign, and include the Foreign Shipper’s Declaration for Returned Goods, three copies of the FedEx Airway Bill, and three copies of the Export Commercial Invoice. Please note: All listed documents are required by U.S. Customs for your return to re-enter the United States. Missing, incomplete, or unsigned documents may delay your refund and could result in duties and taxes being deducted from the total refund amount.
- Seal and Ship: Provide the sealed shipping box with the jewelry and all documents to the FedEx representative, who will attach the shipping label and required paperwork to the package. Ensure you get a receipt as this will act as your proof of shipment.

Returns must be made within 60-days of the original ship date. The item must be shipped by you and received by us within this 60-day window.
Important Notes:
- Returns without a return code, proper tags, or correct packaging may be refused.
- MiaDonna isn’t responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed and you will be notified by email to the email address used at time of original order.
