We are committed to delivering your jewelry securely and efficiently. Our policies are designed to protect your valuable purchase from the moment it leaves our facility.
Order Processing Time:All items are either Made-to-Order or Ready-to-Ship. See the Ship By Date on the product detail page. All orders ship after the order is processed, your jewelry is manufactured (if applicable), and your items prepared for shipment. See the Order Processing Timelines for more details.
Secure Delivery: A signature is required for delivery of all orders to ensure safe receipt.
Physical Address Required: We ship exclusively to a physical home or business address. We DO NOT deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipped Insured: All orders are shipped insured, at no cost to you.
Address Finalization: For security purposes, the shipping address cannot be changed or re-directed once your order has been placed. Please ensure the address is correct at checkout.
Delivery Attempts: The carrier (FedEx) will typically make three attempts to deliver your package. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note: once the item is shipped back to us, we wil not re-ship the package until we communicate directly with you via phone or email.
Loss Responsibility: The risk of loss transfers to the customer upon our delivery of the item to the carrier.
External Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or providing an incorrect address.
Every piece is either Ready-to-Ship or Made-to-Order. To find the specific shipping timeline, simply configure your jewelry and check the Ship By Date on the product detail page. Once your order is processed, your jewelry is manufactured (if applicable), and your items prepared for shipment, it will ship to you free of charge via FedEx 2Day Service (U.S Customers) or FedEx International Economy (international customers).
Made-to-Order Items (Handcrafted Just for You)
The majority of our jewelry is Made-to-Order, which allows our artisans to handcraft your perfect piece. This process takes approximately 2-3 weeks before shipping. See the product detail page for the expected Ship By Date.
Estimated Delivery: Your Ship By Date is clearly listed on the product page. Most orders ship on or before this date, though final quality control checks may occasionally cause a slight delay.
Shipping: When complete, your item ships FREE via insured FedEx 2Day Service (U.S. addresses) or FedEx International Economy (2-5 days for international delivery). Signature is required for delivery.
Expedited Option: U.S. customers can select FedEx Overnight Delivery at checkout for an extra fee. Please note that even with this upgrade, processing your order and creating your jewelry may still take 2-3 weeks before it leaves our facility. See the product detail page for Ship By dates. Expedited delivery options are not currently available for international customers.
Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation with your FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Ready-to-Ship Items (Faster Dispatch)
If you need your item in a rush, consider purchasing from our Ready-to-Ship items. You can find these by choosing the Ready to Ship link in the menu of each category on our website. Ready to Ship items ship within 1-4 business days, depending on ring sizing (when applicable).
Shipping: Once packaged, your order ships for FREE via insured FedEx 2Day (for U.S. addresses) or FedEx International Economy (2-5 days for international addresses). Signature is required for delivery.

We are delighted to offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING to approximately 50 countries, including Canada, Australia, the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, New Zealand, and many others.

Carrier & Security: All international orders are shipped insured via FedEx International Economy (2-5 day delivery service) and require a signature upon delivery.
Transit Time: After processing time, and once items ship, delivery from the United States to your country will take 2-5 days for delivery.
Customs Processing: Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be released by local customs, as this is subject to the laws of your country.
Duties, Customs, & Tax:The recipient is responsible for paying any and all duties, customs fees, and local taxes applied at the time of entry. We recommend contacting your local Customs Department with any questions regarding this process.
