You build it online or with a MiaDonna jewelry specialist and our master jewelers will create it for you in 10 to 15 business days. Our jewelry is created in recycled 14K, 18K and Platinum solid precious metals and we use a higher gram weight of metal. Most other jewelry companies prestock their jewelry, limited sizes and lower gram weights.
