I stumbled upon MiaDonna while looking for the most ethically sourced engagement ring for my now-fiancée. Other than choosing the Eden ring for the nature lover and a recycled platinum band for sensitive skin, I was at a loss about other ring parameters. I reached out for assistance and Hannah from the MiaDonna team was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and polite with multiple back-and-forths. We ended up going for the recycled platinum band, a round-cut alexandrite center stone, and substituting the recycled accent diamonds for lab-grown diamonds. The ring itself is beautiful and all parties were very pleased. True to natural alexandrite, the lab-grown stone changes color depending on the type of lighting. Also, the lab-grown accent diamonds have a brilliant sparkle. We did need to have the ring resized (due to our own initial error, not MiaDonna's), and Hannah was again quick, helpful, and polite in helping us successfully navigate MiaDonna's free ring resizing.

I was looking for a sustainable gemstone for the engagement ring without compromising on the look and quality of the item. The final product I received matched the expectations set by the preview photos on the website as well as some sample photos that customer rep provided me with to help make a decision. The prices for a lab grown gemstone are a bit on the higher side as compared to a few other vendors (BE e.g.) but the quality of the final product is much better. So far (2 months in), the ring has not shown any sign of damage. Miadonna also provides the service of a free resizing within 90 days of the purchase which I had to use as I had gotten the incorrect size. The shipment fee for the resize however has to be paid by the customer.
