SHIPPING: After we handcraft your jewelry (10-15 business days), you will receive an email with shipping tracking details. Someone over the age of 21 will have to be present to sign for the package and all orders are shipped in a discrete 8 x 10 cardboard shipping box. Orders shipped within the continental United States receive free, highly insured, UPS 2-day shipping. International orders are shipped with highly insured FedEx International Priority shipping. Jewelry: MiaDonna jewelry is handcrafted just for you when you order it, unless noted otherwise. You build it online or with a MiaDonna jewelry specialist and our master jewelers will create it for you in 10 to 15 business days. Our jewelry is created in recycled 14K, 18K and Platinum solid precious metals and we use a higher gram weight of metal. Most other jewelry companies prestock their jewelry, limited sizes and lower gram weights.
