To My Dear MiaDonna Community,
After two decades of building MiaDonna—disrupting an industry, challenging the status quo, and proving that luxury and ethics can not only coexist, but thrive—I’m officially stepping away from the company and industry I founded.
And wow... what a ride it’s been.
I’ve truly had the time of my life.
To everyone who believed in my mission—and in me—before lab-grown diamonds were "a thing," to the countless changemakers who stood beside me, and to the customers who continue to choose purpose over tradition: thank you. From the bottom of my heart.
I didn’t just start a company.
I helped build an entirely new industry.
One powered by purpose.
Fueled by fire.
Driven by the unwavering belief that we can do better.
From the moment I sat at my kitchen table in 2005—haunted by the story of a seven-year-old boy whose life had been torn apart by the diamond trade—I knew I couldn’t look away. I dove headfirst into science, working alongside innovators to create gem-quality diamonds in a lab. I was determined to end the needless suffering of innocent people caught in the crossfire of a war that was never theirs to fight.
To see lab-grown diamonds become the global movement they are today... this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.
But like any great love story, sometimes the chapter ends simply because it’s time to grow into something new.
Over the years, I’ve learned more than I could ever put into words—about business, leadership, resilience, and most of all… myself. The mission that once drove me to fight for ethical diamonds has grown, evolved, and deepened.
Because the truth is:
The world has been led by masculine energy for far too long.
And it’s out of balance.
We need a new kind of leadership.
Feminine leadership.
The kind that values empathy over ego.
Collaboration over competition.
Healing over hustle.
That’s where I’m headed next.
MiaDonna is in good hands, and its future is bright.
It’s time for me to step away, but my mission continues—shaped and strengthened by every moment, every lesson, and every diamond along the way.
I’m now dedicating my energy to empowering women into leadership to restore balance to our industries, our communities, and our planet.
This isn’t goodbye. It's a hello to a bold new beginning led by purpose and power.
