Making a credit card purchase is just as safe on our website as by telephone, but if you prefer the latter, you may purchase online merchandise by calling 503-336-1581 during store hours. One of our customer service associates will gladly assist you with your order. -

We may be able to adjust an engraving, or a ring size, but in certain circumstances, the only recourse may be that we need to cancel the current order, and place a new one. Our jewelry specialists will guide you on the best course of action when you contact them.

At MiaDonna, we do not charge any additional fees for processing orders. No credit card processing fees, no re-stocking fees, no custom order fees (some restrictions apply). Your order total is the price of the merchandise, shipping costs (only if applicable), and state taxes (only if applicable). Please note that international orders may incur customs and duty fees not within our control.
