Orders shipped within the Continental United States receive free, highly insured, signature required, UPS 2-day shipping.
Ring orders are eligible to receive one complimentary resizing within 90 days of receiving the order.*
International orders are shipped highly insured, signature required, FedEx International Priority shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is a core value at MiaDonna, which is why we offer an easy 60-day return policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it in its original condition within 60 days of the date of delivery refund or exchange.

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

1. Custom Jewelry
2. Sale items
3. Any item(s) with custom engraving

You must request your return authorization AND ship your jewelry back to us within this 60-day return period in NEW, UNWORN condition with:

1. The return policy tag still attached & untampered with
2. Original invoice and packaging

We do not refund shipping, appraisal costs, or grading cards, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. However, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee.Only one return/exchange is allowed per customer as we must limit overhead costs to protect our foundation's funding.

Financing

We offer a variety of excellent online financing services through our partners:

BreadPay allows you to finance your purchase over 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months. Bread does not require a hard credit check for approval and will not impact your credit score.

ShopPay Installments lets you split your purchase into four equal installments for purchases between $50 - $3,000 USD.
