How long will it take to get my order?

To ensure the highest quality, all of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order to your specifications, aside from ready-to-ship items. Once your order is received and processed, it will take 10-15 business days to craft the jewelry. Once completed, your order ships domestically via UPS 2-Day Air or internationally in approximately 5 to 7 days, depending on the destination country. Ready-to-Ship items are pre-crafted and will ship the same business day with free 2-day shipping (domestic) if ordered before 11:00 am PST, Monday through Friday. Rings needing to be resized will require two days of additional processing time. Next-day shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. Loose Stones ship in approximately 5 business days from order.

Is there a sales tax?

All purchases made in our Portland, Oregon store and most online purchases are not charged sales tax. Should sales tax apply to your order, this will show up in your shopping cart when checking out. As of 2023, we only charge sales tax to online orders shipping to WA, CA, IL, and FL

Of course! However, we do ask that you try to keep numbers to a minimum to ensure we can give you our full attention.

Is there sales tax if I pick up my order from your Portland Oregon Store?

In Portland, Oregon, there is a sales tax exemption. The state of Oregon does not have a statewide sales tax. Therefore, if you were to pick up an order from MiaDonna's store in Portland, you would not be charged sales tax on the purchase. Order instore or order online and select "Portland Oregon Store pickup" at Checkout.

Is your full product selection on show?
